So far, performance prediction and optimization of microwave SQUID multiplexers has largely been based on simple approximate analytical models experimental results. This is caused by the complexity underlying physics intricacy operation readout parameters. As a simplified description can never account for all potential effects occurring in real device, we have developed software framework to simulate characteristics multiplexer. Our simulation powerful tool guide understanding other related devices. It includes common schemes such as open-loop or flux ramp modulated well nonlinear behavior Josephson tunnel junctions. Moreover, it accounts non-zero response time superconducting resonators with high loaded quality factors most significant noise contributions amplifier noise, resonator noise. ultimately leads device that significantly better compared methods.
